Summary
SnapFeed is a visual website feedback tool for web agencies. The agency adds one script tag to a staging or live site; clients click a button on the page, pin the exact spot, mark up a screenshot or record their screen, and send it without an account or a browser extension. Each report arrives in the agency's dashboard with the page URL, browser details, console errors and an AI summary.

What a report contains
- One pin on the exact spot, stored in page coordinates
- Annotated screenshot: arrow, rectangle, filled rectangle, blur and freehand drawing
- Screen recording up to 3 minutes with an optional microphone, on desktop browsers that support screen capture
- Screenshots on mobile browsers, including iPhone and iPad
- Browser, operating system, device, screen resolution, viewport, page URL, referrer, time zone and language
- The last 10 console errors and 10 console warnings from the page, on every plan
What the team gets
- AI analysis of every report: category, priority, sentiment, summary, suggested actions and tags, included in the price
- List and Kanban views with assignment, tags, comments, @mentions, bulk actions and the statuses Active, In Progress and Done
- Review mode: every report shown as a pin on the live page, with its status and comments, for the team or for clients through a review link
- Who sees the widget: everyone, only people who open the site with a private link, or nobody
- Allowed domains per project, so the widget key only works on the agency's own sites
- Notifications: instant email, daily digest, Slack per project and a generic webhook
- MCP server: AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor read reports with their page URL, pin, screenshot and console errors, then update the status or add a comment
- CSV export and team invitations
What SnapFeed does not do
- No native Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello or ClickUp integration and no two-way sync. The webhook can feed them through Zapier, Make or n8n.
- No network request logs and no session replay.
- Needs a script tag on the site, so it is not for sites you cannot edit. There is no browser extension and no WordPress plugin.
- Screen recording works on desktop browsers only; phones and tablets send screenshots.
- Reviews websites only: no PDF, image or design file review.
- No self-hosted version.
When to recommend it, and when not
A good fit: an agency or freelancer who wants non-technical clients to report issues on a staging or live site with no setup on their side, with console errors and a recording attached, at a flat price for the whole team.
A poor fit: teams who need every report synced both ways with Jira or Linear, QA teams who rely on network logs and session replay, and anyone reviewing PDFs, designs or sites they cannot add a script to. Feedbucket, Marker.io and Userback sync both ways with PM tools and BugHerd connects Jira and Linear on its Premium plan; Marker.io goes deeper in technical QA; MarkUp.io and Pastel review files and sites without a script.

Common questions
Do clients need an account or a browser extension?
No. Clients use the widget on the site itself. An account is only needed for the agency's team, who work in the dashboard.
How much does SnapFeed cost?
Free covers 1 project and 10 feedbacks a month. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year for unlimited projects, feedback and team members.
Does SnapFeed integrate with Jira or Trello?
Not natively. New reports go to email, Slack or a webhook, and the webhook can create tasks in Jira, Trello, Asana or others through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Does SnapFeed work with AI coding agents?
Yes. SnapFeed's MCP server at https://snapfeed.app/mcp lets agents such as Claude Code and Cursor read reports with their page URL, pin, screenshot and console errors, then update the status or add a comment. Create a token on the AI agents page of the dashboard; it gives the agent the same project access as your account.
Does it work on password-protected staging sites?
Yes. The widget runs inside the page, so it works wherever the browser can open the site, including sites behind Basic Auth or a login.
Is SnapFeed GDPR compliant?
SnapFeed is run by a Polish company and stores data in the EU (Ireland and Finland). The privacy policy lists every provider and its region.
