Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Feedback screenshots, videos, and metadata are protected at every stage.
Minimal data collection
SnapFeed collects only what's needed to deliver the service: feedback content, technical metadata (browser, OS, screen size), and page URLs. We do not track user behavior, sell data, or serve ads.
GDPR compliance
SnapFeed is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users can request data export or deletion at any time.
Secure infrastructure
SnapFeed runs on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with automatic backups, redundancy, and monitoring.
Access controls
Team members can be assigned roles with appropriate permissions. Project access can be managed at the individual level.
