Account Information

• Password (encrypted)
• Company name (optional)

Feedback Data

• Email of submitter
• Feedback description
• Screenshots and videos
• Technical metadata (browser, OS, device, URL)
• Timestamp

Payment Information

Handled by Stripe (we don't store card data). We only store billing address and invoice info.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide the service - Store and display feedback
• Improve the product - Understand feature usage
• Communicate - Send notifications and updates
• Process payments - Handle billing via Stripe
• Provide support - Help when you contact us
• Comply with law - Meet legal requirements

We do NOT:

• Sell your data

Where Your Data Lives

• Database: Supabase (EU region)
• Files (screenshots, videos): Hetzner VPS (Germany)
• Backups: Daily automated backup, 30-day retention
• CDN: Cloudflare (global)

How We Protect It

• SSL/TLS encryption in transit
• AES-256 encryption at rest
• Regular security audits
• Limited employee access
• Two-factor authentication

How Long We Keep It

• Active accounts: Until you delete
• Deleted accounts: 30-day grace, then permanent deletion
• Backups: Purged after 30 days

Your Rights

• Access Your Data - Request a copy of all data we have
• Export Your Data - Download all feedback as CSV (Pro feature)
• Delete Your Data - Delete your account from Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone, or contact support@snapfeed.app
• Correct Your Data - Update your profile anytime
• Opt-Out - Unsubscribe from marketing emails
