We build tools for the people who build the web.
SnapFeed was created by a team of developers who spent years working in web agencies — and got tired of the feedback process being the hardest part of every project.
Born from frustration. Built with focus.
We've been on both sides of the feedback loop. As developers, we've received emails that say "it looks broken" with no context, no screenshot, and no indication of which page the client was even looking at. As project managers, we've watched timelines slip because a simple feedback round turned into a week of back-and-forth.
We looked at the existing tools. They were either too expensive for small teams, too complex for non-technical clients, or both.
So we built SnapFeed.
Our goal was simple: make it effortless for clients to give precise, actionable feedback — and make it affordable for every team, not just enterprises with five-figure tool budgets.
What We Believe
Feedback should be frictionless.
If a client has to create an account, learn a new tool, or attend a training session just to tell you about a typo, something is wrong. SnapFeed requires zero effort from the person giving feedback.
Tools should grow with you, not against you.
Per-seat pricing punishes teams for growing. We charge a flat rate because we believe more people using the tool means better feedback for everyone.
AI should save time, not create work.
AI categorization and analysis in SnapFeed is designed to reduce the manual triage work your team does every day — not to generate more dashboards and metrics you don't need.
Small teams deserve great tools.
You don't need a 50-person engineering team to deserve professional feedback workflows. SnapFeed is built for teams of 2 and teams of 200 at the same price.
