What I write about
Practical notes for agencies and freelancers: how to collect feedback clients can actually give, how to run review rounds, and how to launch without a surprise in the last week.
Author
Founder of SnapFeed
I build SnapFeed and write this blog. For more than 10 years I have been shipping websites and web products, most of them with agencies and for their clients.
Background
My work sits where engineering, product and AI meet. I write production code in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python and PHP, build frontends in React and Next.js, and run what I build on my own servers with Docker and Caddy.
Before SnapFeed there were a lot of agency projects: online shops, product configurators, real estate and medical websites. Almost every one of them had the same slow part at the end: collecting the client’s comments, working out which page and which button they meant, and asking for a screenshot one more time.
SnapFeed is my answer to that part of the job: the client points at the problem on the page, and the team gets everything it needs to fix it. It is published by craftweb sp. z o.o.
